If you would like to be a part of our organization, you will join the North Carolina Reading Association (NCRA) and become an automatic member of Tar River Reading Council (local affiliate of NCRA). A portion ($15) of your dues will remain with the North Carolina Reading Association (NCRA) to continue improving literacy outreach across the state. Joining gives you dual membership with NCRA and TRRC--a 2 for 1 deal!
