2022-2023 Young Authors
Your Voice Matters: Celebrating Every Reader’s Story
Anyone who becomes a member or is a student sponsored by a member can submit writing entries for the Young Authors (YA) Writing Project. The entries will be judged by a local committee. After the “top” entries have been selected, members from NCRA will judge entries to determine which will be published at the state level. The published entries will be printed in a publication that is available to many other educators, students, and stakeholders across the state. An awards ceremony will be held for the winners.
There is also an art contest for any artist wishing to design the Publication Cover Art. Check out the amazing artwork in previous publications linked below. Entries will go through a judging process at the local level before being sent to NCRA for final judging.
